Being a classical concert violinist has taught me this.

Music has made my life incredibly beautiful and fulfilling, including all of the struggles and anxiety that come with finding success.

Whether you are a student searching for guidance or a professional searching for understanding, I know how to help you differentiate your self-doubt from realistic thinking. I can help you move forward and truly make a difference in shifting how you feel about yourself and how you can learn to look at yourself with kind eyes.

I coach others to uncover their own wise answers and I coach what needs to be learned, passing on and translating my experience to you. Working with you in honest coaching sessions, and supporting you through daily progress toward your goals, I coach to empower you to develop foundational building blocks through live or online coaching sessions.

Performing music from baroque to new music, on modern and period instruments, I have established a reputation as a diverse violinist from The Netherlands.

Over the coming season, I look forward to engagements with Orchestre Revolutionnaire et Romantique, Il Faro Quartet and the Narratio Quartet among others.

In past seasons I was a frequently invited guest leader by numerous orchestras including Anima Eterna and The Kings Consort. Other engagements saw me perform with the Chamber Orchestra of Europe, The Concertgebouw Orchestra and Orchestra of the 18th Century. I was also concertmaster of the Amsterdam Baroque Orchestra and the Metropole Orchestra, with multiple recordings including the Matthew Passion.

I am grateful to play on a beautiful George Panormo from 1792. My baroque violin is a Johann Anton Gedler from ca.1750.

I am a Professional Certified Coach (CPION,SPHBO) and have a Master of Music from the Conservatory of Utrecht. My teachers have included Viktor Lieberman, Philippe Hirschhorn, Charles-Andre Linale and Keiko Wataya.

My experience as a professional musician and coach led me to become the Artistic Director of Jumpstart jr. Foundation, a musical instrument fund based in Amsterdam.
