About
As an integrative counselor, I am trained in multiple therapy techniques and use these diverse approaches to tailor the therapy to each client. In addition to my work as a professional violinist, I decided to broaden my knowledge and pursue my other passion professionally: human (self) awareness. I am open and approachable, creating a supportive and confidential environment to help you with everything on your mind. In my practice, I draw on a range of methods, including integrative therapy, hypnotherapy mindfulness and guided visualizations.
